REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
All NRG pieces are made from 100% latex, a delicate material that conforms to the body upon wear. For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, items that have been tried on or worn cannot be restocked or resold.

Because of this, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

We strongly encourage customers to review sizing carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions prior to ordering, please contact us—we’re happy to help ensure the best fit.

In the rare case your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

SHIPPING POLICY 

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days for in-stock items.

Once shipped, please allow 1–2 business days for delivery. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are made and prepared with care. Please allow up to 5 weeks for processing and shipping.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are ready.
